After being accused of stealing a multiple thousand dollar necklace, Lindsay Lohan is now facing up to three years in state prison, without bail. Lohan was recently released from rehab, and started off fine. But than she was spotted at a club, and this happens. She was released from jail, with a $40,000 bail this past week. She is now going into court for the necklace, that she allegdly stole from a store at a beach, over the summer.If found guilty, Lohan will go to state prison, without bail.
